Log in to your account and click the “Account” link which can be found in the menu associated with your name. You will be taken to "My Account" Next, click “Cancel Subscription” on the left side of the page and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the cancellation. How do I reactivate my subscription? - FAQ 1062, updated 6/14/2013
Login to your account and click the green REACTIVATE ACCOUNT button on the top right side of the screen. On the next page you can compare the different subscription levels available to you and reactivate your account at the desired level. If you have a discount coupon you can use it during the reactivation process. Account reactivations take effect immediately. more[+]

How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription? - FAQ 1061, updated 6/12/2013
To upgrade or downgrade your Safari Books Online subscription: First login to your account. Click the “Account” link in the menu associated with your name. Once in "My Account" page, click on the “Change Subscription” link on the left. On the next page you can compare the different subscription levels available to you and make the desired change to your account. If you have a discount coupon you can use it during the upgrade process. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date. more[+]
